AACS Convenience Summit

Ten-minute keynote · 2022

Retail safety, and the people working on the front line.

I also gave separate keynotes for Sonder in Sydney and Melbourne in 2022, on customer hostility, worker wellbeing and the responsibility to support frontline teams.

Retail, live from Brisbane.

Today · Live television cross

A last-minute Christmas shopping conversation with Today, alongside television interviews with Nine News, 7News and 10 News First.

I was also a recurring retail-panel guest on ABC Radio Brisbane’s Drive with Steve Austin.

The gala went virtual.

National Retail Awards · MC · 2020 & 2021

I was Master of Ceremonies for two virtual National Retail Awards ceremonies. The green screen was real. So was the champagne.

In 2020, I also helped organise the programme: entertainment, acceptance speeches, lunch codes and mailed care packs. A fair amount of adapting to the moment.
